For orders below the free shipping threshold, we charge a standard delivery rate of 32 AED for all shipping addresses inside the UAE.

Ready to Wear: Standard, unaltered items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Customized Items: Because items customized in specific sizes or custom colors are made uniquely for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an absolute manufacturing defect.

Can I make changes right after placing my order?

Yes. You may request size or color changes through email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing your order completely free of charge. After 24 hours, our production begins, and changes may no longer be possible.

How should I wash and care for my Manhas everyday and work wear garments?

To protect the premium quality, smooth drape, and longevity of our luxury fabrics, we recommend following these care instructions:

Washing: Strictly hand wash your garments inside out in cold water using a mild, gentle detergent. Avoid rubbing or twisting the fabric. Alternately, you may professionally dry clean them.

Drying: Air dry your pieces flat or hang them inside out in a shaded area. Never use a tumble dryer, and keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent any color fading.

Ironing: Use a garment steamer for the best and safest results. If using a traditional iron, set it to a very low or silk setting and always iron the garment inside out, or place a thin protective cloth over the fabric, to avoid a shiny iron sheen.
