    <li><strong>Item Condition:</strong> To be eligible for an exchange, your garment must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact premium condition that you received it. It must be housed in its original packaging with all brand tags firmly attached.</li>
    <li><strong>Exclusions:</strong> No exchanges, alterations, or adjustments can be accommodated on any final sale items, clearance items, or items purchased during special sitewide promotional sales.</li>

This service is available for a flat fee of <strong>50 AED</strong>, which fully covers the courier pickup from your home, the physical alteration by our design team, and the return delivery back to your doorstep.</li>
    <li><strong>If the Garment is Too Tight or Too Short:</strong> Because premium fabric cannot be safely extended once it has been cut to a smaller specification, a brand new replacement piece must be stitched from scratch. This comprehensive remaking service is available for a flat fee of <strong>150 AED</strong>, which fully covers the fresh fabric sourcing, re tailoring, and all local courier logistics.</li>
    <li><strong>Fabric Discontent:</strong> If you decide you are unhappy with your chosen fabric texture or color drape upon arrival and wish to switch it entirely, the remaking fee of <strong>150 AED</strong> will apply to cut an entirely new piece for you.</li>

    <li><strong>Order Cancellations:</strong> If you need to cancel your purchase entirely, you must notify our customer support team within <strong>48 hours</strong> of order placement. Once 48 hours have passed, materials are sourced, your order enters production, and cancellation is no longer possible.</li>
