Our abayas are made using quality fabrics and are produced with attention to detail. Minor variations in colour texture measurements or finishing may occur due to the nature of fabrics and tailoring.
Orders
Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we are unable to process payment if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in the product information or pricing.
Please make sure all information provided during checkout is correct. Manhas Abayas is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.
Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in AED unless otherwise stated.
We offer available payment options at checkout including online payment and other payment methods offered on the website.
We reserve the right to change prices promotions and offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Ready to Wear Orders
Ready to wear items are processed according to the delivery timeline shown on our website. Delivery times may vary depending on your location courier service and circumstances beyond our control.
Customized Orders
Customized orders include items made in a specific size colour or according to customer requirements.
Once production has started changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customized items are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Any advance payment required for a customized order must be received before production begins.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible.
For customized orders changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
Ready to wear items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided they are unworn unwashed unused and returned with their original packaging and tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear washing perfume alterations or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for exchange.
Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays customs clearance public holidays weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
For international orders any customs duties taxes import charges or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the package and the affected item.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you.
Product Care
Each garment should be cared for according to the care instructions provided on the product page or garment label.
Damage caused by incorrect washing ironing drying or handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.
