    • Ready to Wear: Our curated ready to wear pieces are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation.
    • Customized Orders: Because we carefully tailor these pieces to your specific size and color choices, please allow 5 to 7 business days for dispatch.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched from our facility, local delivery anywhere inside the UAE requires another 1 to 2 business days to reach your doorstep.
  • Shipping Cost: We charge a standard flat rate of 32 AED for all cities across the UAE, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Sharjah, Um Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary Free Delivery across the UAE on all orders above 975 AED.
  • Cash on Delivery, COD: We accept Cash on Delivery for eligible orders at no extra charge.
  • Tracking: A dedicated tracking number or link will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp as soon as your package has been handed over to our courier partner.

  • Global Shipping: Your location is no barrier, we gladly bring our affordable luxury worldwide.
  • Processing: International orders follow our standard dispatch timelines, 3 days for ready to wear or 5 to 7 days for customized items, once payment clearance is verified.
  • Transit Time: International shipping generally requires an additional 3 to 7 business days once dispatched, depending entirely on your country and destination.
  • Shipping Costs: International delivery costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Payment: Cash on Delivery, COD, is not available for international destinations. Payment must be cleared via secure online card payment, direct bank transfer, or a Ziina payment link at the time of purchase.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: Please note that Manhas is not responsible for any customs duties, import clearance fees, or local taxes applied by your destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update or change your delivery address, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email immediately. We are happy to modify your shipping details at any time before the order has been dispatched from our facility.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you have not yet received your package, please get in touch with our customer service team at Info.manhasabayas@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +971501907027 with your Order Number so that we can swiftly investigate with the courier.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

We take immense pride in our quality check and packaging. However, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact us right away. If the parcel was left at your doorstep or accepted on your behalf, please take a photograph and email us or message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours so we can assist you with a replacement.
